Dubai-Mozambique Business Forum: A New Era of Mutually Beneficial Trade and Economic Ties

The recent Dubai-Mozambique Business Forum, organized by the Dubai International Chamber in partnership with the Mozambique Chamber of Commerce and the Association of Muslim Entrepreneurs and Businesses of Mozambique (AMEEM), proved to be a resounding success. With over 160 delegates from more than 50 companies in attendance, the forum was a perfect platform for companies from both countries to explore investment opportunities and establish mutually beneficial trade relations.

Royal Enterprise General Trading LLC, a Dubai-based company, had the privilege of presenting investment opportunities in Mozambique during the forum. Shabih Fatima, an employee of Royal Enterprise, gave an informative presentation on the country’s potential in various sectors, including Gold, Gas (LNG), Minerals, Agriculture, and more. The presentation was well-received, and Royal Enterprise had the opportunity to connect with many interesting people and companies during the forum.

For Royal Enterprise, the forum was the perfect opportunity to strengthen its trade and economic ties with Mozambique. The company is keen to explore potential business synergies with Dubai-based private sector businesses and investors, and the forum set the stage for new bilateral deals, partnerships, and investments between the two countries, especially in Agribusiness, Energy (including Oil & Gas), and Logistics.

The signing of the MoU between Dubai Chambers and AMEEM was a significant step towards building stronger ties between the two countries. The creation of awareness of the guidelines to become a resident in Dubai was also a positive move that will encourage more bilateral deals, partnerships, and investments in the future.

Ms Yolanda Fernandes, Vice President of Mozambique Chamber of Commerce, expressed her pride in creating a space that inspired new partnerships and unlocked fresh opportunities for growth and development. She extended her sincerest gratitude to all the attendees, sponsors, and partners and looks forward to continuing to build upon this momentum in the future.
